• generally priced per deliverable as decided in an agreed contract.
• first encounter is to familiarize, set goals, define information boundaries, etc. This initial consult is succinct and free of charge.
• consultations thereafter are best set at a minimum of three—at start, mid, and end of process.
• additional consultations are expected and delivered at the request of client.
• rate of consults depends on industry, setting, attendance, roles, etc.

• client will receive a follow up call (unless they select otherwise) by end of NEXT quarter after contract concludes.

Policies + Disclaimers
Overpayments — sessions paid ahead can be redeemed within a year of purchase. If unused one year after the date of purchase, any prepaid sessions / account balances expire and are automatically removed from the account.
This includes discounted packaged rates. Packages are not refundable.
Æ is willing to consider case by case to ensure fairness and clarity should a client have questions or grievances with this policy.
•Æ will never short a client on their session’s length. You have the full time you pay for.
•Æ will not refund a session cut short by the client. This includes “no-call no-shows”.
•Æ will never charge a client if the session goes longer than expected at the provider’s preference.
•Æ will charge a client the going rate should the client request their session continue longer than previously agreed. This is fine and normal and often happens with the metaphysical services.
