Curated to suit the growing needs of the non-profit End Workplace Abuse, this supportive framework was born from a shared knowing that there is healing power in connection.
The modern world’s plea has long been
for us to return to “we”.
Imagine…
…self-sustaining,
self replicating,
trauma-informed
peer support groups.
Hope and help endures. It comes in the form of another’s hand and added perspective.
It’s time to live lightly again. This one’s for everyone.
—adapted from the 12 Step format of Alcoholics Anonymous, a global phenomenon of healing, the peer support framework aims to be sensitive to the needs of those suffering distress post-trauma, and so it will undoubtedly refine and expand over time.
“Connection Sessions” provide a community without bounds where similarities abound. I’ve enjoyed using this name for my own Æ networking and coaching sessions for some time now. It just works, because connectivity is key.
We speak truth. We practice life. We find healing. We do it together. Simple as that.
What’s really exciting is that any attendee is able to access and utilize the meeting materials provided online to start their own local meetings and chapters.
Leading a group is an act of service. So go for it, join in, do (y)our thing!
As of March 2026, EWA’s Connection Sessions are live, available through their ongoing work in the non profit sector. Meetings held on zoom best service their national and international following.
All are welcome. Just enter the zoom room via the link on EWA’s web page each third Thursday of the month.
No sign up, no email list, no cost, no expectations. Not another master class. Nothing is being sold or promoted.
Connect and see;
there’s more “we” than you’d think.

*Please note that while Delia may lead Connection Sessions groups or EWA talks, by design so will many others. Delia does not currently hold any official roles within EWA nor does she head her own offshoot EWA Connection Sessions group.
Many thanks to EWA for this design opportunity; it has a heart very close to mine. Many thanks to EWA for their work of protecting mental health rights. The workplace is a crucial arena.
Şifa olsun, ve hayırla olsun.
Àṣẹ.
