“Poems”, read the little blue spiral-bound notebook. Eight-year-old Delia had only just begun learning to write. Two years later she received her treasured typewriter. By the time she finished high school, Delia had already earned credentials from three universities, including the United States Military Academy at West Point, volunteering abroad with a fourth. These formative experiences laid the foundation for a life committed to vision. Now in her thirties, Delia’s favorite gift and tool is still her voice.
Today, Delia is a “multidisciplinary wellness practitioner” whose work bridges the clinical and the spiritual with an expanse of real-world applications.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Penn State University and brings over a decade of immersive experience to the realms of health/wellness, addiction recovery, higher education, expressive art, and community advocacy. Her path reflects a recurring thread: equity in systems and strategy. She possesses multidimensional understanding of human need, systemic refinement, and transformative action. Her rare synthesis of expertise and intuition informs each space she enters.
She is the namer of the Quadratic Systemic™ Wellness model. A timeless framework, the concept positions mind, body, spirit, and soul as foundational hubs for wellness, each requiring its own upkeep yet reliant upon healthy communication pathways amongst the parts. This flow yields the flow state. Results then motivate upkeep; wellness becomes a pleasure. Delia’s company, Aeura Aera LLC, is devoted to operationalizing the model and sharing its empowering results through curated, integrative wellness architecture for living systems and the systems that live within them. Services range from one-on-one coaching and metaphysical guidance to organizational consulting and clinical design.
Delia’s work is deeply informed by the reality and relativity of trauma and its unpredictable manifestations. She holds certifications in client confidentiality, mandated and permissive reporting, disability-informed care for families, and safety for centers (PA-DDAP, Penn State Extension Schoool, University of Pittsburg). Delia regularly appears in live clinical research dialogues, including her ongoing collaborations with Dr. Christopher Deussing, to whom she credits much of her recent growth and learning in psychology, philosophy, and social work principles.
Delia is qualified, seasoned, intentional, high-achieving, and soul-aligned. She shows up as guide, guardian, and friend—bringing refreshing intelligence, artistic syntax, energetic clarity, precise vision, warmth in presence, and heartfelt connection to every interaction.
Communication is key. Connectivity is everything.
If not contagious, you will assuredly find Delia to be memorable. Clients, colleagues, and communities alike experience Delia as a bridge between the clinical and the cosmic, wherein she naturally resides, happily walking alongside systems and souls alike.
