“Poems”—read the little blue spiral bound notebook. Eight-year-old Delia had only just begun learning to write. Two years later, the ten-year-old received her favorite Christmas gift: a typewriter. By age eighteen, Delia had already earned credentials from three universities, including the United States Military Academy at West Point, and volunteered abroad with a fourth. These formative experiences laid the foundation for a life committed to vision. Now in her thirties, Delia’s favorite gift and tool remains her voice.
Today, Delia is a multidisciplinary wellness practitioner, consultant, and advocate—whose work bridges clinical systems, spiritual insight, and real-world applications.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Penn State University and brings over a decade of immersive experience to behavioral health, recovery systems, education, nonprofit advocacy, art, and leadership. Her path reflects a recurring thread: equity in systems and strategy. She possesses multidimensional understanding of human need, transformative action, and systemic refinement. Her rare synthesis of expertise and intuition informs each space she enters.
She is the namer of the Quadratic Systemic™ Wellness model. The timeless framework positions mind, body, spirit, and soul as the foundational hubs of the function of wellness, requiring ongoing upkeep and open communication pathways for vibrant, authentic, enduring vitality of life. The results motivate the upkeep. Wellness becomes a pleasure. Delia’s company, Aeura Aera LLC, is devoted to operationalizing this model and sharing the empowering results through curated, integrative wellness architecture for living systems and the systems that live within them. Services range from one-on-one coaching and metaphysical guidance to organizational consulting and clinical design.
Delia’s work is deeply informed by the reality and relativity of trauma and its unpredictable manifestations. She holds certifications in client confidentiality, mandated and permissive reporting, disability-informed care for families, and safety for centers (PA-DDAP, Penn State Extension Schoool, University of Pittsburg). Delia regularly appears in live clinical research dialogues, including her ongoing collaborations with Dr. Christopher Deussing, to whom she credits much of her recent growth and learning in psychology, philosophy, and social work principles.
Delia is qualified, seasoned, intentional, high-achieving, and soul-aligned. She shows up as guide, guardian, and friend—bringing refreshing intelligence, artistic syntax, energetic clarity, precise vision, genuine expression, and heartfelt connection to every interaction.
If not contagious, you will assuredly find Delia to be memorable. Clients, colleagues, and communities alike experience Delia as a bridge between the clinical and the cosmic, wherein she naturally resides, happily walking alongside systems and souls alike.
